We are seeking a digital marketing specialist (2-3 years of experience) who will develop and manage all of our company’s marketing initiatives, with the goals of increasing web traffic and online sales. As a digital marketing specialist, you will use SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices to guide our marketing efforts across all digital channels. You will strengthen our messaging to reach new audiences and better connect with our existing audiences, expanding our business.
Responsibilities

Work with our marketing teams/strategists to identify, recommend and implement new digital marketing strategies and campaigns
*
Make recommendations and implement changes to improve website efficiency and performance alongside our site development team
*
Develop and manage content calendars for both social media and email communications
*
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
*
Develop email/SMS marketing campaigns and email blasts
*
Create website content and blog posts
*
Create and optimize landing pages, following marketing best practices
*
Review Google Analytics and metrics and use them to evaluate and improve marketing performance
Qualifications
*
DTC / CPG experience (Wine/Spirits a plus!)
*
Social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
*
PPC marketing, including Google AdWords
*
Search engine marketing (SEM)
*
Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
*
Content marketing and content management
*
Conversion rate optimization
*
Email automation
*
Experience with Shopify (management / site optimization / plug-ins)
*
Basic graphic design and infographic creation
Skills
