As Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities include defining and working in collaboration with our senior marketing executives to support an industry-leading, next-generation branding and marketing strategy to shape our portfolio brands. This position is responsible for creating, managing, planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal and 3rd party agencies on Social Media channels Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Display, Youtube, to create ads and manage campaigns. Additionally, support photography, creative freelancers to hit deadlines and stay organized.
- Support new product launches to our Shopify ecosystem including support to the creation and development of new web pages or web experiences
- Execute digital marketing advertising campaigns (shopping, text, display) for all brands and products - strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing D2C customer information daily and weekly
- Creates briefs and coordinates new product launch strategies and go-to-market planning, including data analysis, staying ahead of market trends, and ensuring timelines/key dates are met.
- Responsible for digital marketing initiatives across different sites associated with our brands; oversee digital marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize channels (primarily email, ads, onsite placements) to drive performance
- Partner effectively with our clients and client contacts to build relationships while supporting execution, also work with cross-functional teams internally to drive projects forward
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Experience in media planning (Ads, and Email)
- Familiarity with A/B Testing, brand lift measurement, brand and performance marketing
- Experience influencing and providing direction to creative, media, and analytics teams
- Highly execution-oriented and able to write and articulate creative briefs
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be critical components to this role.
- Recent industry experience in lifestyle brands or apparel marketing
- Strong understanding of social media trends and how to influence key metrics across the social media spectrum
