Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy Development
Assist in creating and executing comprehensive strategies across key platforms like Weedmaps, Leaflink, and Jane.
SEO/SEM Management
Collaborate on strategies to increase traffic and visibility through search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Manage and optimize conversion rates to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Oversee and manage paid advertising efforts across various channels, including billboards, publishers, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Project Management
Lead digital campaigns for product launches, events, and grand openings, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across all digital channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with the design team to produce engaging creatives for all web properties.
Promotions Management
Oversee and coordinate promotions across different business units, including retail, delivery, 3P sales, and brand initiatives.
Brand Consistency
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, working closely with the entire team.
Qualifications
Cannabis Industry Experience
Prior experience in the cannabis industry is required.
Digital Marketing Expertise
Proven experience in digital marketing, including organic and paid media, social media, and email marketing.
Platform Proficiency
Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools, including Shopify, eCommerce CMS, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
Project Management
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical Skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. Proficiency in Excel or Google Looker Studio is essential.
Communication
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
