Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, brand building, and product promotion.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid ads, etc.). Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Collaborate closely with other teams, such as sales, content, design, and product, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI across various marketing initiatives.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze data from digital marketing efforts and translate insights into actionable strategies. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and overall digital marketing ROI to senior management.
SEO & SEM Management
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, ensuring the optimization of the website and other digital assets. Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media & Content Strategy
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence across key platforms. Work with content teams to create compelling, high-quality content for both organic and paid efforts.
Email Marketing
Lead the strategy for email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list management, design, and analytics to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Website & UX Optimization
Work closely with web development and design teams to optimize the user experience (UX) of the company’s website and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
Stay Current with Trends
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Regularly review competitors’ strategies and industry developments.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
+ Proven success in managing integrated digital campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).
Technical Skills
+ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
+ Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Leadership & Communication
+ Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and results to senior leadership.
Creative & Analytical
+ A blend of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying detail-oriented.
Data-Driven Mindset
+ Strong focus on data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present performance metrics.
Skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website performance optimization.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) or B2B marketing.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
