Job Title: Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator

Purpose: The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator works with Marketing Team and the rest of the fast-paced, growing ecommerce team to elevate site performance and maintain the product catalog.
This position will be located at our headquarters in Michigan City, IN.

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Perform regular site audits on Peepers Consumer Direct and Wholesale websites, making sure web functionality and user experience is smooth, available inventory, etc.
? Coordinate and collaborate across teams to ensure all new product assets are delivered by deadlines including imagery, copy, pricing, measurements, and product tags for new SKUs for all product launches on CD and wholesale websites.
? Manage back-end website administration work for CD and wholesale including updated pricing and organized category pages and other miscellaneous tasks.
? Manage specialty sales hosted on separate microsites from beginning to end including all communications with external teams, building and managing the product assortment and managing the live sale with precise attention to detail.
? Manage blog content calendar and execute content with AI resources. Build blogs in the backend of Shopify including all images, links and copy.
? Build website imagery calendar and build out all image swaps on the back end of Shopify with designs provided by the creative team.
? Manage and build out all landing pages on the website.
? Work with the Senior Ecommerce Developer on new functionalities and QA/Test all launches of new content/functionality of the Peepers website and custom software.
? Own and manage the â??website issuesâ?? teams channel and fix other small website errors/bugs.
? Manage all coupons and discounts in Shopify and monitor over-use and leakage of coupon codes to third party websites.
? Execute all admin work in Shopify for new website features on both consumer direct and wholesale websites and manage an organized admin instruction guide keeping all SOP's updated.
? Execute all admin for SEO projects including content, updating title tags, meta descriptions, etc.
? Monitor product reviews and publish to the website.
? Upload user generated content to website PDP's and monitor social media app and approve images to post to our website uploaded by customers.
? Own and manage TikTok shops strategy:
o Upload new and manage product catalog on Shops
o Manage TikTok Shops hosted promotions and product discounting
o Manage creator seeding program by shipping out product and doing outreach to creators weekly
? Support Marketing Team in various day-to-day tasks and/or special projects.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and excellent copywriting skills, with a proven ability to be impactful, concise and in the Peepers brand voice.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
Basic image editing skills
Strong Excel Skills

Communication via telephone, emails, online chat, and with co-workers
Viewing computer terminal, perceiving, and transcribing data with accuracy, and keyboarding fill much of the day in an office environment.
