Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the design and execution of email marketing and e-commerce campaigns. This role focuses on driving special promotions, with a goal of increasing web sales by 10%, and supporting the sales team by providing tools and materials to boost their effectiveness and close more deals.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  1. Design, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and boost sales.
  1. Optimize campaigns for performance, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  1. Drive measurable results by generating an average of 30 qualified inbound leads per week through effective email strategies.
  2. E-Commerce Marketing:

  1. Oversee the design and execution of marketing strategies for over 100 Shopify shops.
  1. Develop and implement promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales, aiming for a 10% increase in web sales.
  2. Sales Enablement:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify their needs and create sales enablement materials, including presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
  1. Provide training and resources to help the sales team effectively utilize marketing campaigns, tools, and insights to close more deals.
  1. Ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and actively support their goals.
  2. Campaign Development:

  1. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and PPC, to support e-commerce and lead generation efforts.
  1. Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and email graphics.
  2. Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
  1. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and e-commerce metrics to guide strategy and measure success.
  2. Creative and Merchandising:

  1. Stay current with merchandise trends to develop future product offerings and ensure engaging customer experience.
  1. Assist in product selection, pricing, and visual presentation across e-commerce platforms.
  2. Collaboration:

  1. Partner with corporate and collegiate sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  1. Proven experience in designing and executing email and e-commerce marketing campaigns.
  1. Proficiency in tools such as ActiveCampaign, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  1. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  1. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  1. Experience in the promotional branding industry or with collegiate and corporate branding.
  1. Knowledge of AI tools and advanced automation in digital marketing.
