Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage incoming calls and emails, assist customers with questions about their orders, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Help customers with questions about wallpaper patterns, installation guidelines, measurements, and stock availability.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, return requests, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Uphold the company's commitment to high-quality service and positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Must be available to work in-office 30-40 hours per week.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with Apple computers, Shopify e-commerce platform, and Google Chrome is a plus.
- Interest or experience in interior design or wallpaper is a bonus.
