Customer Service Representative

. In this role, you'll ensure a world-class experience for our direct consumers and Warranty RMA services by handling inquiries with professionalism, meeting product delivery and return expectations, and championing Corsair's commitment to quality.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM.
  1. Demonstrate customer-focused communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships that reflect Corsair's core values.
  1. Seek opportunities to enhance and improve the customer experience continuously.
  1. Clearly communicate and execute Corsair's Limited Warranty Policy.

Qualifications

  1. Education

  2. BA/BS preferred, or a combination of education and work experience.

  1. Language Skills

  2. Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.

  1. Experience

  2. + Prior experience in a multichannel customer service role (phone, email, CRM, live chat) preferred.

    + Familiarity with Oracle, Shopify, Zendesk, and all Microsoft Tools.

  1. Professional Skills

  2. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

    + Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (WPM) with a professional level of keyboard accuracy.

    + Proficient in time management and prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
