To that end, Vosges Haut-Chocolat produces premium chocolate bars, unique, high-quality chocolate confections, and luxury chocolate gifts in our production plant in the Roscoe Village neighborhood in Chicago. The team is devoted to pushing the leading edge of chocolate innovation with an eye toward the adventurous.

Position Description

Vosges Haut-Chocolat seeks a full-time associate to support our Wholesale Customers and Distributors.

Customer Service/Operations Support

Answer customer inquiries over the phone, Process customer orders, and update customers regarding their orders.

Provide professional, consultative, concierge-style experience to prospective wholesale customers, Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of the product.

$19+ an Hour

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour DOE

1. Day Shift 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday

1. Able to travel to Trade Shows as necessary
