Job Summary

We are seeking a 

Customer Service/Logistics Specialist

 who is punctual, organized, and communicates effectively with a friendly and professional tone. The ideal candidate is experienced with Shopify, and Gorgias, and has strong proficiency with spreadsheets. This role is key to ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting our operational goals.

Pay: $24-$28 per hour

Fully remote position. 40 hours a week. Interview is required.

Key Responsibilities

·        

Customer Support

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels using Gorgias.

·        

Order Management

 Process and track orders using Shopify, addressing any issues accurately and efficiently.

·        

Problem Resolution

 Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience and retention.

·        

Documentation

 Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in a well-organized manner.

·        

Reporting

 Use spreadsheets to track customer service metrics and compile reports to help improve processes.

·        

Collaboration

 Work closely with other teams, including operations, sales, and product, to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

·         Work with our 3PL partner to ensure orders are going out in a timely manner and customer service requests are being met (D2C/retail)

Qualifications

·         Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably using 

Shopify

 and 

Gorgias

.

·         Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·         Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-performance standards.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
