- Invoice management & reconciliation
- Filing and overseeing invoice dispute claims
- Sales Reporting analysis/support
Responsibilities -
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Shopify, and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Handles all other duties as assigned
