The Customer Care Specialist’s primary purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support for licensed nail professionals and retail customers alike.  They advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client technical needs are understood and satisfied. They will assist with identifying upselling opportunities, educating, handling client issues/requests, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  1. Communicating with Customers through phone calls and other various channels
  1. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  1. Deep understanding of product knowledge and application skills
  1. Ability to troubleshoot with customers
  1. Processing orders and requests
  1. Keeping impeccable records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  1. Communicating and collaborating with colleagues as necessary.
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide impeccable customer support
  1. Intermediate proficiency of Syspro, Shopify, Zendesk, Yotpo, Teams, and Outlook
  1. Routinely monitor social conversations across DD official pages on FB & IG
  1. Monitor Salon Locator and work closely with Admin to add/remove/update accounts

Key Interactions and Relationships

This role interacts directly daily with the Director of Education, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Department.

  1. Knowledge – Product and Overall Cosmetic/Nail Industry Knowledge.
