Role Description
We're looking for a few awesome candidates to join our team handling one of our biggest ecommerce clients. This account specializes in apparel and merchandise for big influencer brands and content creators. You will be responsible for handling email support requests such as WISMO, returns/refunds, cancellations, address changes, and product questions through our Gorgias helpdesk. You will be working with a team of between 5-10 other agents. This position is fully remote and you would be working PST hours.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of customer support experience. (preferably Gorgias or Zendesk)
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and support requests. (returns/refunds, WISMO, order change, etc.)
- Perform miscellaneous CS related tasks involving documentation and/or reporting.
- Strong written English skills.
Desired Skills
- Able to handle ticket volume of 50+ email tickets per day.
- Strong written English.
- Experience using fulfillment and processing platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, ShipHero, and Airtable
- Contingencies for outages. (backup internet, power, relocation)
Pay
$3.50 - $4.50 / hr
Negotiable based on background and experience
