Job Overview
As a Conversion Manager at Kion you will be working directly with our Director of Ecommerce, responsible for our DTC store performance & management, overseeing performance of our Amazon store and any new third-party sales channels, and also the creation of landing pages for our affiliates and paid media channels. The key metrics this role will be responsible for are optimizing our store(s) conversion rate and new customer average order value.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are:
- Very organized
, excels at time management
- 5+ years of experience working in DTC, ideally on Shopify platform
- 2+ years of experience in online merchandising and managing sales and promotions.
- Proven experience in project management: coordinating multiple initiatives, and facilitating communication between creative teams and development resources to ensure accurate website branding and functionality.
- Ideal candidates would have experience evaluating store and site performance and providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements; exposure to SEO
- positive, and have an outgoing attitude.
