*We are looking for a Channel Manager - Wholesale eCommerce to join our team! Inked Brands works with niche brands to scale their businesses by analyzing and optimizing product assortment for both the eCommerce and wholesale sales channels. Our team is fun, creative, and willing to take smart risks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s wholesale eCommerce partnerships. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, optimizing sales performance, managing product listings, and ensuring strong communication and collaboration between our wholesale partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, digital commerce, and marketplace management, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO -

  1. Channel Strategy & Development

  2. + Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share within existing wholesale eCommerce channels (e.g., Faire, Amazon Business, Markettime, Maisonette, etc.).

    + Market to and acquire new wholesale partners and marketplaces that align with the company’s overall growth objectives.

    + Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform and refine channel strategies.

  1. Account Management & Relationships

  2. + Serve as the primary point of contact for key wholesale eCommerce accounts.

    + Foster strong, collaborative relationships with wholesale partners to drive sales, resolve issues, and support joint growth initiatives.

    + Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experiences for wholesale partners.

  1. Product and Content Management

  2. + Oversee product listing optimization across all wholesale eCommerce platforms to ensure products are accurately represented and meet platform standards.

    + Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, design) to ensure proper brand messaging, product descriptions, and images are used.

    + Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure alignment with partner expectations and market demand.

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  2. + Use data and analytics to assess channel performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans.

    + Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to ensure goals are met and exceeded.

    + Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration

  2. + Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align promotional strategies, inventory management, and pricing.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE-

  1. Education

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  2. + 2+ years of experience in wholesale or B2B eCommerce management, preferably in a similar industry.

    + Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and wholesale B2B models.

    + Experience with product listing optimization, sales strategies, and inventory management in a digital sales environment.

  2. + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Faire, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, BigCommerce).

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, social media) as it relates to wholesale eCommerce.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with additional B2B platforms like Alibaba, eBay Business, or industry-specific marketplaces a plus
  1. Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
  1. Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Adobe).
