Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads through outbound strategies, leveraging networking, cold outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring a smooth and professional client journey.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals to deliver tailored Shopify Plus ecommerce solutions that drive measurable business success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and designers to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless implementation.
- Identify opportunities for client growth, positioning PIVOT as a long-term partner in their digital transformation journey.
- Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline within the CRM system, optimizing strategies to achieve consistent results.
- Provide actionable insights through monthly sales funnel performance reports and key business development metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of closing new business deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the ecommerce solution industry.
- Experience selling from within an agency environment, working with smaller dynamic teams.
- Experience in lead generation through outbound sales techniques and relationship building.
