Bilingual Data Entry Specialist, Part Time

  1. Status: Part-time, Exempt, Hybrid for training with a remote option after 60 days
  1. Reports To: Human Resources Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accurately input provided English and Spanish data for new products, monthly deals, and weekly promotions into the designated system
  1. Upload images for all new products, monthly deals, and weekly promotions
  1. Verify the correct configuration of promotions based on the monthly marketing load sheet
  1. Ensure all products are accurately added to the shopping cart and checkout process

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  1. Proficiency in data entry, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  1. Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work efficiently
  1. Experience working with Shopify is desirable, but not required
  1. Bilingual in Spanish
