Role Description

· This is a full-time, non-commissioned, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager.

· The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.

· You will work with our small team at our beautiful, luxury retail storefront in Bridgeport Village in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

· Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Good understanding of luxury retail operations and inventory management

· Work references confirming your sales ability, reliability, and punctuality

· Preferred: Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and the Shopify platform
