About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes in North Scottsdale. As part of a fast-growing company (2 years running), you'll lead a dynamic team that fluctuates between 1- 10 members based on order volume. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong attention to detail, and excellent team leadership skills. Schedule & Compensation

1. Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

1. Weekend availability required for special releases and inventory receiving

1. Compensation: $25-35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations and team performance

1. Maintain accurate inventory control systems and conduct weekly inventory checks

1. Process and document new shipment receipts, including quality control

1. Manage supply chain and vendor relationships (Uline, AMW)

1. Oversee fulfillment operations, maintaining 25-30 orders per person/hour

1. Manage and schedule part-time and gig workers

1. Document defects, packaging issues, and other quality concerns

1. Ensure efficient warehouse layout and organization

1. Meet daily fulfillment targets (25-30 orders independently)

Required Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in warehouse management systems

1. Experience with:

+ ShipStation

+ Shopify

+ Gorgias

+ Slack

Qualifications Required

1. Proven warehouse management experience

1. Strong organizational and leadership skills

1. Ability to maintain high accuracy in inventory management

1. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment operations

1. Proficient computer skills including:

1. Advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency

1. Comfort with learning new software systems

1. Experience with inventory management systems

1. Valid driver's license

1. Must pass pre-employment drug screening

1. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods

1. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

1. Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Physical Requirements

1. Experience with our specific software stack (ShipStation, Gorgias, Shopify)

Success Metrics

1. Independently process 25-30 orders per hour (minimum 200 orders per 8-hour shift)

1. Maintain 100% accurate inventory counts with zero overselling

1. Prevent all stock-outs through proactive inventory management

1. Document and communicate all purchase order discrepancies including:

1. Missing products

1. Product defects

1. Color inconsistencies

1. Missing barcodes

1. Packaging issues

1. Scale fulfillment operations efficiently during product drops while maintaining quality

1. Maintain detailed documentation of warehouse operations and history

1. Proactively identify and propose warehouse improvements

1. Ensure timely and accurate communication of all inventory issues

1. Meet team productivity and attendance management goals
